Board Meetings

I want to participate more in Board meetings, but I am only allowed to speak for 3 minutes and the Board does not address my topics.

Residents are invited to witness Board proceedings and to speak during the resident forum and/or before the Board votes on a Board Action. Both the office and committees are available to field questions, concerns, ideas, and topics that may then be brought to the Board for consideration and possible voting.

I can’t attend Board meetings in person. Can I attend remotely?

Stonegate offered remote attendance for a period of time due to Covid. This has been discontinued due to infrastructure and administration of both in person and virtual attendees.

Are Board meetings recorded?

Board meetings are not recorded. The minutes are available for review on the website.

Can I obtain a transcript of a Board meeting?

Meetings are neither recorded or transcribed.
